Job Description: GlobeTrek Consulting is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Virtual All-Inclusive Resort Destination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable vacation experiences at all-inclusive resorts, providing expert guidance and personalized recommendations to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all-inclusive resort destinations, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking information and assistance with booking all-inclusive resort vacations.
  • Utilize your expertise and knowledge of all-inclusive resort destinations to recommend suitable options based on clients' preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, promotions, and offerings in the all-inclusive resort industry.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vacation goals and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for accommodations, dining options, activities, and amenities.
  • Coordinate with resort partners and vendors to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations or requests for clients.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about resort amenities, dining options, entertainment, and recreational activities to help them make informed decisions.
  • Assist clients with booking flights, transportation, travel insurance, and other vacation-related services as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless vacation experience for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions in our database systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry, specifically with a focus on all-inclusive resort destinations, preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of popular all-inclusive resort destinations, including the Caribbean, Mexico, and other tropical locales.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
  • A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different locations.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
